What does it mean to be "Waldorf-inspired"?
Waldorf education is a holistic educational pedagogy developed at the turn of the 20th century by philosopher Rudolph Steiner. It is rooted deeply in the idea that the world is good, and that we as educators have the important job of sharing that goodness with children. While we are not a fully accredited Waldorf program, we believe ardently that early childhood should be spent experiencing, playing, laughing, helping, and connecting to the natural rhythms of the Earth. We strive to provide our students with ample opportunities to learn life skills, appreciate music, explore the natural world, and dive deep into their imaginations.
